Support requests can be lodged by email 24hrs a day. Insight Project Systems Helpdesk is open between 9AM to 6PM Australian Eastern Time Monday to Friday.
Support is provided for the Clearsight Project Office™ Application, Database and other software components designed and developed by Insight Project Systems Pty Limited. Support Incidents caused by, or requiring the rectification, of 3rd party hardware or software, or caused by an act of negligence by the customer or other external parties may require the payment of additional support fees to Insight Project Systems Pty Limited. The Insight Project Systems support staff will notify the client in advance if the support required will be chargeable and will not proceed without clear approval from the customer.
